Lacks motivation and refuses to follow parents' instructions. Needs someone to work with him to encourage organisation, self care and motivation. May also need hours in the evening to help with evening routine, self care etc.

I need someone to help play simple games and basic tutoring with him such as building blocks, singing nursery rhymes and mark making. He needs assistance with feeding, and changing nappies. He is fully mobile but uses a mobility chair when out and about. He speaks limited words and will require someone to regularly engage with him. He has a daily routine and will need someone to follow his routine and help with his basic needs.

We're looking for an ongoing Support Worker who can commit to a 7-hour Sunday shift to support an Adult Female with Cerebral Palsy. Very independent, the client needs minimal-to-moderate disability support during the day--primarily, support with preparing meals and feeding, some computer tasks, household help (feeding the cat), and general observation for fall or choke hazards. Very few personal care tasks are needed (no bathroom or showering help required), however, the odd outing may call for a nice outfit, hair, and makeup! Based: central London. Looking for someone who can commit to Sundays until at least June 2025. Some experience and references required.

Looking for after school pick-up from local School (around 3.15pm) and 3 hours of care (until 6:15pm) for our 4yo autistic son. He is a very happy and active boy who is easily entertained. We would like someone to do pick and take him in the community after school, where there are lots of activities he enjoys within easy walking distance (all within half a mile) from the school, such as the local park, soft play, library or swimming. In the winter, we are happy for carers to take him home and do activities in our home as well, as we live within this half mile area. His care needs are relatively simple, as he enjoys chatting with his carers, is happy to hold hands and walk places, loves to run around in the park or soft play, or read and have hot chocolate at cafes. His main care needs are around toileting (he is still in nappies), and ensuring his safety while he is out, as he has some challenges in understanding danger, but this has been improving rapidly over the course of this year. He is receptive to new carers looking after him and many report his lovable nature. We are looking for someone who is warm, patient and has experience looking after primary school age autistic children. Our main priority is for our son to spend quality time during the after-school hours with someone who is interested in his well-being and development. An understanding of the needs of autistic children is a must!

This would be a person who is ideally familiar with type one diabetes but if not, it is really not hard to learn and the parents would work closely with you. It may also include working at the child’s school 7 to 10 hours a week in addition to 4 or five hours on Fridays and occasional babysitting.

After-school nanny - 3-7pm Mon-Wed of SEN boy, 6.15-7pm his 15-month brother would join him with parents around too. Limited household duties (tidy up toys, room, prepare activity). School pick-up 5' away for 5yr old with global developmental delays (including motor, speech, cognitive) and autism. Would like someone with SEN experience who would be able to set up small learning activities within child-led play. From 6.15pm, 15-month old child would join the 5yr old, for dinner and bath.
