Special Needs Care Jobs in Hammersmith and Fulham

We are looking for someone with a passion to help three afternoons a week (could be more if the right candidate) 1-5pm for our lovely, fun 14 year old boy with special needs. The role involves collecting from school, doing afternoon therapy (training provided in ABA) taking him out and about to music etc. He uses a wheelchair when outside and walks with help at home.

Looking for a carer for a 45 year old woman with cerebral palsy. She is in a wheelchair and requires help on the weekends. The job involves light personal cares and accompanying on outings to galleries, shows etc., light cooking and cleaning. Paid hours would be 8-6 Saturday and Sunday but usually start late and are not needed for the whole day. Hourly rate is very good (£15-25 an hour depending on experience). There may be the possibility of extra work on week days occasionally and evenings if desired. Job is based in Hammersmith. This may suit someone who wants some temporary work while in London if unable to stay permanently. It may also be possible to have more than one person doing alternate weekends. Would love to hear from Kiwis and Aussies in particular but open to anyone who is dynamic, fun and caring!

I am looking for someone to take my son out to library, playground and other activities for 3 hours every Saturday from 1pm-3pm.

L is a high functioning autistic person. They identify as non binary so an understanding of LGBT and use of correct pronouns is very important. They use they/them. L. also struggles with anxiety and mental health issues

My son needs support with daily living skills (dressing, eating, toileting, bathing, medicine intaking, etc) and play (football, swimming, arts and crafts, playground play, etc). As he can do each activity partially, he needs constant prompting, modelling and support. Career need to bond and gain his trust so that he complies and shows his full potential. He demonstrates affection and understanding by hugs and kisses. He is bilingual -- English and Portuguese.

We are looking for a patient loving Special Needs Carer/Home Help for our 19 year old son who has severe learning difficulties. He is non-verbal. He is physically able but needs assistance with washing dressing & feeding and day to day living. He has a great sense of humor but can also be physically challenging when in a bad mood.
