Carer for a 10 year old boy with ASD and ADHD with behavioural issues.

Carer needed for getting him ready for school in the am to start at 7am and possibly for drop off as well. Some Saturdays during day as well. We also want an overnight carer as he wakes frequently. There maybe lots of adhoc sessions in the week/7 days we my need. We are both working parents and so ideally we want someone reliable and available possibly within a day's notice for additional time/respite. Whoever we select, we'd like them to be kind friendly and warm. We already do have a carer for him who we consider and treat like family. She has limited availability.
I'd like you To care for, help create independence, play and engage with him. I don't want someone who will just give him unlimited screen time.
£51 - £664 Hr. / Week

I have a disable child with hemiplegic cerebral palsy, weak to the right side of his body. Diagnosed with Epilepsy. Speech delayed and requires nappy change when needed.
DUTIES:
To wait for him to be dropped off from school fees and change him, help with reading home work and a little play. Sing and dance or general communication to aid speech and social awareness.
This is needed for Monday to Wednesday
Mon-Tuesday (3pm-4pm)
Tuesday (7.00am-6.30pm
He is in full time education and very pleasant. Communicates enough to get what he wants. Loves his iPad, eats and drinks well.
