PA for 11 years old with additional needs

We are looking for a carer for our 11 years special needs son.
Days of working: three days a week; Monday, Friday and likely Thursday or Wednesday ( will confirm later)
Time: 8am to 5 pm
Location: Gravesend
Things to do:
Feeding ( spoon fed), giving water, changing diapers.( after wee or poo):
Dispense medications.
Sometimes may be required to give bath and brush teeth ( but can be discussed).
My son’ needs :
Autistic traits, global developmental delay, can not walk independently, can not feed or drink himself, fully dependent, limited speech, words unintelligible, can write, medically transfusion dependent due to non functional bone marrow and chronic kidney disease ( on palliative care).
Expectations:
Love and care
Water n fluids are very important; because of his kidney condition.
During school holidays ; must required on the above days.
During school days: He attends special school , but catches frequent cough n flu so attendance is around 60%, so wants someone incase if he is unwell and does not attend school. ( negotiable)
Salary: per hour or pm negotiable

Work / life experience of a similar setting with vulnerable adults or children, with a minimum qualification of the care certificate or Level 2 Health & Social Care (NVQ) Diploma.
Shifts will be a rolling rota, flexibility is essential due to being a 24/7 support service- shifts entail early shifts (from 7 a.m.), late shifts (till 10 p.m.). EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK IS MANDATORY IN THIS ROLE.
Staff will be expected to lone work from 10 p.m. till 7 a.m. on a sleepover shift.
Dependent on experience – from £10.00 per hour.
Sleepover duties if required will be at the rate of £45.00
Twenty-five days per annum plus eight days public holidays. An increase of 3 days per annum will be allocated upon three years of continuous service (for part timers this is be calculated pro rata).
Location
Your normal place of work will be at a designated Supported Living Home however, you will be required to travel locally and within reasonable distances with trainees to enable them to fully practice and utilise their skills in real situations and locations.
Line managed by the House Manager or their designate.
Purpose of the Role
PBS Coaches are employed by KASBAH to support the training of people with learning and/or physical disabilities. The role requires the post holders to provide varying degrees of support, assistance, training and practice to trainees, depending on their individual needs and contribute to the effective and safe delivery of high quality professional services and facilities. The role requires staff to actively use the skills, knowledge and training that KASBAH invest in them.
This includes personal care tasks (KASBAH is a CQC registered provider) in line with KASBAH's ethos of promoting independence.
To promote effective participation and enhance specific learning for the individual to achieve their full potential.

Our son has a gastrostomy, used for occasional medication and feed, if not experienced in this field I can train you.
Our son loves being out and about, especially going for walks and the cinema. He has a fun personality and good sense of humour.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, fit and have driving licence to use wheelchair adapted vehicle. Ideally a patient person as it will take time to learn and understand my son’s needs as he cannot communicate his needs, which I will gladly assist with.
