I am a friendly and outgoing female wheelchair user and I am looking for two personal assistants who can help with personal care, household chores, shopping, meal preparation, accessing the community and transportation so I can attend my appointments, shopping, interests and hobbies. Must have own transport, full UK drivers licence and business insurance so we can get out. Flexibility appreciated. Position 1 Monday 9am-2pm Tuesday 9am-2pm Position 2 Thursday 9am-2pm Friday 9am-2pm My needs: I am an outgoing and friendly 44 year old woman with Cerebral Palsy, and I use a wheelchair. I live on my own, and require 2 Personal Assistants to attend 4 days a week (2 days each) to help with: My personal care Household chores Food preparation Cooking Shopping Accessing the community My hobbies My activities Areas of importance: 1. To be able to independently choose my lifestyle, to be listened to and supported and not be defined by my disability. 2. The opportunity to be spontaneous, live in the moment, and change my plans at short notice. 3. Be supported and cared for on the days when I am unwell or on bed rest and that the written routine provided still be followed on those days. 4. Have a good knowledge of Admin and finance. As I sometimes need help with my post. 5. That I am supported with hair and medical appointments. 6. The opportunity to visit my friends and family. This requires short trips away. Other requirements: 1. Moving, lifting and handling my mobility aids. 2. PAs must have up to date DBS Check. 3. That I have access to PAs own car, and they have work insurance and a full UK driving license. 4. Non smoking and vapping. 5. Two references. 6. Proof of eligibility for working in UK. 7. PAs have their own public liability insurance.

Summer support, ideally with good routine, a few times a week for upto 2-3 hrs each time. Support worker will provide trained intensive interaction, and support child with outdoor activities too.

Looking for an Ofsted registered fully qualified childminder who's DVB checked and cleared. Some who is caring and patient and understands the needs of a child with ADHD. I am looking for the above care for my very lively but caring son.

We need someone to help with transportation- mornings, Friday lunch times and some evenings. Long school run; 40 minutes. We also need some childcare esp Tuesday evenings.

Looking for help with school run morning and evening plus after school care for 7 year old with ASD and ADHD.
