Harry needs support every day in the mornings and evenings to help support him with cooking his meals and to help get him organised for the day. He gets on better with males and someone who could share his interest in sport especially football.

I am a 29-year-old young lady who needs help, support and understanding while excessing the community. I love doing lots of activities like going to the farm, visiting friends, craft activities like card making, going to the cinema/theatre. I would like you to be friendly, creative and chatty and enjoy having a good laugh - You must be reliable and you must be an experienced driver willing to use your own car as I have a wheelchair. I do have a feeding tube, which I deal with myself. I have been allotted 15 hours per week. I am flexible but would like a carer during weekdays. You will be paid £13.50 per hour is employed and £14.00 is self-employed, mileage and costs of activities will be covered

Support Worker required for quiet autistic teenager, to take her on days out, help around the house, do arts and crafts etc- the role is varied, so somebody with a flexible mindset that can work around us would be ideal. You must also be kind-hearted, happy and willing to learn. Hours will vary, and all shifts are optional. You are not required to have a car, but if you have held your driving licence for 3 years then a car will be provided.

I do not have any family or friends in the local area and am looking for someone to look after my son on occasion so I can go out and have a break. My partner and I would like to have date nights as we currently do not get any opportunities to do this. We would like to find someone who can stay home with my son overnight once a month plus one other evening so we can go out for dinner with friends etc. If you are interested as I can't see messages on here. These vacancies relate to a young man with an outgoing and inspiring personality who needs 24-hour support to live an active and fulfilling life. All posts are offered on a minimum 36 hours per week, 12-month renewable contract with opportunities for overtime and enhancements. Pay range is £13-£16 per hour. The holder of this post will provide high quality person centred support to a young man with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, visual impairment and epilepsy. The function of this post is to support and monitor him whilst at rest and asleep and to provide appropriate intervention when required. This might include, assistance to use the toilet, suctioning, repositioning, temperature control, administering medication. You would assist him to get ready for bed, and assist him to get up in the morning. • Remain awake and alert during the 12-hour shift • Provide monitoring of his health and general wellbeing. • Administer medication as instructed • Assist with toileting as required • Showering and dressing • Maintain accurate and detailed records • Assist with household management directly affecting client • Prepared to be flexible with hours from time to time • Willingness to travel abroad and to support client on holiday • Light domestic duties – cleaning of facilities after use Applications in writing including a CV with covering letter.
