Child Care in Tottenham

| Previously I have worked at Kawartha Childcare in the Toddler room. During my time there I helped with giving out meals, changing's, playing and day to day tasks that come with taking care of a toddler. I also helped in the developmental side, by encouraging learning with different types of toys and objects that help with motor function and cognitive skills. For the last 5 years I have babysat for a number of families, some being connected with this site and every time has been awesome! I have cared for newborns to 10 year old's in their home and a daycare environment.

| I have extensive knowledge in child care as I started babysitting my younger brothers and their friends at a very young age! I graduated from Georgian College for child and youth care as I am extremely passionate about working with children and youth. I worked for two years at a group home as a residential support worker with children and youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities, I provide them with basic life skills including: hygiene, meal preparation, drives to appointments, walks in the town, etc. I currently work as an educational assistant with Simcoe County school board. I am a very enthusiastic person and am very excited to get more childcare experiences as I continue to move on in my career.
