| I have worked in Residential and Rural (group home and private home) settings for 26 years with people of all ages and all abilities. I am very familiar with Behaviour Programs, and people who experience challenging behaviours. I have knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Special Needs, Applied Behaviour Analysis. Support for all aspects of Activities of Daily Living, medications and treatments administration, PRNs, non violent crisis interventions, Crisis Plans. Hourly rate of pay is negotiable. | Hi everyone, I'm Klen! I graduated with a degree in social service . After graduating, I began my career working where I supported individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and other behavioral and developmental disabilities. I was promoted to a supervisory role after a year, and then I decided to gain experience in an ASD class within a school board setting. Currently, I work as a supply staff in a school and also dedicate a few hours each week to working in a group home. As for my qualifications, I have received various trainings including, first aid, and CPR, which are all up to date. If needed, I can provide copies of my certifications.
