Special Needs Care in Bradford

| I have been an employee with the York Region District School Board for over 5 years. I have worked in a variety of different classrooms supporting children with special needs. I am very paitent and passionate about my job and love to bring happiness and joy into the lives of the children I work with.

| I'm am a certified mediator. I am certified to work with newborns to seniors with any range of disability.

| I have vast experience working with all ages from young people to the elderly supporting them in the comfort of their homes in achieving their daily living activities fostering independence or dependency on me and working towards an overall healthy lifestyle and goal. I am continually learning and improving my skills of working as a support worker with individuals that need support.

| My names Montana, and I have a passion for people. I also enjoy being active and outside, I love animals and art and am always willing to try new things. I believe in strength based approach when working with any individual. I have experience working with people of ages 0-80. I graduated with an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Care but since then have gained experience working with individuals with complex needs. This includes multiple diagnosis, complex mental health, Autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and mobility/communication difficulties.
