This one day event will be sure to delight your little one, with music, dancing, mystery, and celebrations! Kiddos will embrace play, enjoy themed crafts, and make new friends. Drop off is from 9am - 10:30 and pick up is anytime between 3:00 - 3:30pm. Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Discover textures with different mediums, such as paint, sponges, craft paper, elements of nature and more! In the JAMaROO Kids Sensory Art classes, we will pull our inspiration from our monthly curriculum, nature, and the changing seasons using our books, puppets, & music to enhance the class: providing a full sensory experience. Children will explore different art mediums while fostering speech & language development, and exploring textures, colors & shapes. In this class kids are using dribbling, shooting and passing skills in fun and creative games. Playing games with partners is used to develop teamwork. Scrimmages of 2v2 and 3v3 progress over the season to emphasize the rules of soccer and prepare kids to join a soccer team. This class is a NON-PARENT PARTICIPATION class. If your child needs some help, you are more than welcome to join them to make them feel comfortable. This helps both your child and the group. This class uses creative story-based games to engage toddlers in their early learning experience in athletic development. Along with basic to advanced motor skills, classroom and team skills such as taking turns, listening to a coach and following directions are stressed in a fun environment. This class is a PARENT PARTICIPATION class. You are required to be with your child during the class. This helps both your child and the group. In the JAMaROO Kids Music & Movement classes, we’ll sing traditional songs and learn original ones too (many written by our own teachers). Our music curriculum has been developed to spark creativity and incorporate imaginative play. Each month, we’ll focus on a different seasonal curriculum that incorporates the use of puppets, books, and other props to maximize the educational experience and keep classes fun and exciting! Throughout the year, our teachers will use a variety of simple instruments and introduce children to different genres of music from around the world. Through movement activities, children will build gross motor skills, directly encouraging strength, balance, and coordination. Little Folkies is a multi-award winning early childhood folk music program for parents and kids ages 0-5. Little Folkies Family music class welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together like one big family band! There is never a dull moment in this class, with the teacher leading the students through fun and engaging finger play activities, hand movements, fun lap songs, call and response singing and hands-on jamming with shakers and wooden kids instruments. Get ready to dive into a world of vibrant colors and explosive creativity! In Rainbow Explosion Art Camp, kids will explore the magic of colors through painting, and mixed-media activities. From creating bold, colorful masterpieces to experimenting with exciting techniques like splatter paint. Highlights: Color Exploration: Learn how to mix and match colors to create stunning art. Fun with Texture: Use different materials to bring your artwork to life. Requirements : - 4 -8 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Children must be ready to follow safety guidelines and engage in their projects for 30 minutes or more. - Children must be fully potty-trained and capable of handling their bathroom needs independently. - Any medical conditions (such as allergies or diabetes) and/or behavioral needs (neurodiversity, trauma) your child may have must be informed during the sign-up process. Lights, Camera, Action! 5-Day Filmmaking and Acting Summer Camp Overview: Lights, Camera, Action! is a dynamic and engaging 5-day summer camp designed to introduce students to the exciting world of filmmaking and acting. Through a blend of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and practical exercises, campers will learn the fundamentals of storytelling, scriptwriting, acting, camera techniques, and video editing. Led by experienced instructors, this immersive experience will empower campers to unleash their creativity, collaborate with peers, and bring their ideas to life on screen. Day 1: Introduction to Filmmaking - Explore the basics of filmmaking and storytelling. - Engage in icebreaker activities to foster a sense of community. - Learn about the various roles in filmmaking and the importance of collaboration. - Dive into acting games and exercises to build confidence in front of the camera. Day 2: Pre-production - Develop storytelling skills through scriptwriting and storyboarding. - Assign roles and responsibilities for the production phase. - Plan shooting schedules and scout locations around the camp. Day 3: Production - Gain hands-on experience with filmmaking equipment. - Rehearse scenes and fine-tune performances under the guidance of acting coaches. - Begin filming scenes according to the production schedule.
