| My name is Iveta, I have nearly 5 years experience as a carer in various spectrum of environment and care, l am learning quickly with excellent sense for details following my clients lead in responsible way respecting dignity, privacy holding positive approach. I started this job because of my sensitivity towards people with special needs. I remember a lady who I met on the way from school, I was around 17 years old, she became my sweet friend, she was telling me the stories of war, helping her every day after school and I never forget her. | I have previously worked in a special needs school (SLD) for 6 years. Starting as a teaching assistant, then becoming nursery leader under the supervision of the head of EYFS then moving onto the Health and Wellbeing Officer in the PE Dept, as well as becoming a Level 2 Swimming Teacher.
