Kind PA / buddy for our 18 year old son

Looking for a kind, flexible, smiley, enthusiastic and caring PA / housekeeper / mentor for our 18 year old son - hours negotiable.
Our son has high functioning autism (PDA presentation), severe anxiety, low mood and ADHD. Main support needed is with planning activities out of the house, helping with daily living, pet care, encouraging healthy meals and exercise.
He is living semi-independently, care is funded by direct payments.
We need a confident driver as he likes to get out and about, often long day trips to coast or countryside. You need to be happy to get hands on with cats and a dog!
Mental health and PDA training would be helpful but not essential - main thing is that you are kind, calm, enthusiastic and lots of energy!
£391 - £50330 Hr. / Week

Our baby boy is 5 months old. He has SMA Type 1 (spinal muscular atrophy), but received gene therapy treatment at 11 weeks old. He has lost some mobility but is gaining strength everyday.
We are looking for a full time nanny (at least 4 days a week), 7:30am - 6pm approx daily hours, who has some experience in mobility disorders. He is not cognitively impaired in any way, but he lacks strength in his muscles. We do physio 3x a day and notice improvements everyday.
He feeds orally (no NG tube) and independent breathing (no ventilator).
Main responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Feeding, changing nappy and clothes, washing, physio and socializing him (baby classes).
We have a small dog at home. No other children.
No smoking household.
Looking to start in January 2022, but potentially flexible on date.
