We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Support Worker/Nanny to join a team to support for a 7-year-old boy with complex needs. The ideal candidate have a willingness to work with children with disabilities and a passion for enhancing their quality of life. We are looking for around 30 hours a week after school, weekends and school holidays. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personal care (including toileting, dressing, and hygiene support) • Support with mobility and transfers (the child is a wheelchair user) • Assist with tube feeding • Engage in sensory play and therapeutic activities • Support with communication and interaction • Administer medication and medical interventions as required (training will be provided) • Work alongside therapists and healthcare professionals to support developmental goals • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate (£15-£18 per hour) • Training opportunities to support career development • Rewarding role making a real difference in a child’s life • Supportive working environment If you are passionate about supporting children with complex needs and want to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
