Whether you're just starting out or a more seasoned potter, we welcome you to our evening Adult Pottery Sessions. We'll teach the basics of wheel throwing, trimming, and glazing as you create a variety of pieces you'll be proud to show off. Sign up with some friends and finish the day with tons of creative, relaxing fun. Open Studio time is included with your registration. Additional clay can be purchased at the studio with cash.

Calling all young artists to join Art Club! Art club is many things...It's a creative space bursting with the supplies and materials artists use to make beautiful art. It's a learning place teaching skills in drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, clay and more! It's a nurturing community encouraging friendships and camaraderie as we create art together. Welcome to Art Club! We're excited to watch each member grow in artistic skill and creative confidence while having a TON of fun! In this class we will: -Draw -Paint -Collage -Use modeling clay -and learn real techniques that artists use! All tools and materials included.

Our large, private studio is an ideal place for your child and their friends to be led by an artist in creating a unique craft of your choice. The craft usually lasts an hour and depending on the group's age and interest we can also run games to keep the children moving and let them explore our floor to ceiling white board wall. Our teacher will greet the children, run your craft, and clean up. Relax and leave the mess to us so your can enjoy your child's special day! We provide two hours in the studio with a teacher led craft. A full list of party themes is available on our Birthday Party website page. Custom projects are available for a small additional fee of $30. This payment of $150 is a non-refundable deposit to hold your space for the party. Full cost is $395 for up to 10 attendees and $15/additional child to be settled the day of the party.

Gather your friends or make it a date night at our adults-only sip and spin class! Perfect for beginners: you'll learn the fundamentals of throwing on the wheel and glazing before the final firing and get a taste of what our longer wheel throwing courses are like. We provide snacks, soda, water, and hot apple cider! Sign up early for this fan favorite class! NOTE: This is a 2 night series. You'll throw your pieces in the first session and glaze them in the second session after a bisque firing in between.

Youth Art Studio is a fun, creative space where kids learn to engage as artists, building creative skills that offer lifelong benefits. They'll learn how to approach, organize and plan creative projects; draw ideas and inspiration from the world of art, nature, or their own personal style and imagination; practice with artistic tools and techniques necessary to bring creative projects to life; build and benefit from a creative community that supports, inspires and perseveres as each artists grows in skill and capability. In our purpose-built, creative studio students will mix it up with projects that may include drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, fiber arts, and more! Each student will leave with a collection of artworks and their own artist-journal documenting processes learned and artistic growth over time. PROJECTS may include: one-of-a-kind Artist Trading Cards (so fun to trade amongst the group!) paper marbling using Suminagashi techniques (fan favorite!) drawing & painting from direct observation (still life & more) bookmaking (folding, glued and hand-sewn bindings) carving a printing block and making multiple prints (kind of like Andy Warhol) collaging with a variety of materials (paper, fabric, string, etc - the sky's the limit here!) needle-felted objects (using cookie cutters, patterns, and imagination) All journals, tools and materials included.

Your artist will be weaving on looms, sewing stuffies, creating cardboard sculptures, and MORE! It's sure to be a FUN week! Does your child love books and storytelling? This week, we'll be using children's stories to inspire our artwork. With a different book each day, kids will create art that explores the connection between books, storytelling, and art. As they unleash their imagination and create their own unique interpretations and artwork, projects might include a mix of drawing, painting, sculpture, and more! This fan favorite class is perfect for the animal lover in your life! Your artist will have fun making art about all kinds of animals and where they live! We'll get inspired as we use a variety of media; sculpture, paint, pastels, pencils, and so much more to explore animals and their habitats! This week is perfect for the artist who loves to make marks on paper and canvas! We will explore drawing and painting with markers, pastels, acrylic paint, watercolor, tempera and more! This week will explore animals, foods, outer space, and wherever else our imagination takes us! A few of the AWESOME projects we will make this week include: Shooting star painting you’ll want to make a wish on Cute cactus Painted paper lantern sure to brighten up your world Yummy watercolor painting inspired by our favorite summer foods And so much MORE! To wrap up the summer we have remixed and revisited our favorite projects from this summer for a fun filled finale! This week we will experiment with materials such as prisms, mirrors, bubble wrap, glow in the dark beads, shaving cream, paint, and more - and let our imagination run wild! This week is sure to delight the adventurous artist! A few of the AWESOME projects we will make this week include: Out of this world collage with planets straight from your child imagination Mixed media painting made with bubble wrap, squeegees, and glitter Swirly shaving cream art collage Neon lava lamp painting AND so much MORE! This week, we'll be mixing it up with a combination of printmaking techniques and bookmaking. We'll be using image transfers, stamping, embossing, scratch boards, and paper marbling to create one-of-a-kind prints. And, to bring it all together, we will use folding, sewing, and clamp binding techniques to create a set of small books. It's going to be chock full of FUN art making and storytelling! Note: Prints & Books is offered twice during the summer. The techniques may overlap, but the projects are different in each session - so feel free to register for one week or both for double the fun!
