Our Baby Music Classes for infants and young toddlers provide an opportunity for parents and/or caregivers to sing and dance with their little ones to build and strengthen connections. Music supports and nurtures all areas of child development: Social-emotional, Cognitive, Language and Literacy, as well as both areas of physical development, fine and gross motor development. During these classes, we’ll sing traditional songs and learn many new ones, often using fun visual props to help support language development and symbolic thinking. Most of our staff has extensive background in Early Childhood Education, intentionally exposing children to a rich variety of language, beats, and sounds while remaining developmentally appropriate. Our programs offer a joyful and rewarding experience for both adults and children, providing a great occasion for babies to interact with other babies and parents to meet other parents. We embrace the magic of making, the joy of creating, and colorful messiness. We will explore our core 5 activities during our top 5 camp. Each week concludes with a special Art Show, where the children proudly showcase their incredible creations! - Drop off starts at 9:00am. - Pick up is 2:45pm to 3:00pm. - Aftercare hours available 3pm-5pm - Our aftercare can be purchased as a series package, we will not be offering aftercare on FRIDAYS. The policy for Messy Art Lab Camps refund and cancellations is as follows: - 100% refund for cancellations within 24 hours of registration. - All enrollment fees include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. - Refund of enrollment fee minus 20% non-refundable deposit if cancellation is made prior to 30 days of session start date. - No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of session start date, unless the spot is filled, in which case a refund credits minus the 20% non-refundable deposit will be issued. - Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. - Approval for transfer of camp week to another week will be determined on a case-by-case basis and per availability, with a penalty fee of 20% non-refundable deposit if made within 30 days of original camp week start date.

Farm Camp is run from our 1-acre school farm in the Mission Terrace neighborhood. We provide an opportunity for children to connect with nature while directly participating in the daily rhythms of farm life. Our day camp is designed to inspire a connection with and love of the natural world, and also a chance to get hands dirty in fun and educational ways. Activities include animal care for our chickens, weeding, watering, mulching, harvesting, compost care, crafts and free play. Children should bring snacks and lunch and come prepared to get dirty!

At City Kid Camp we bring the knowledge and training of youth development and combine it with games, sports, the history of our awesome city, appreciation of the natural environment and let kids do what they do best – play – while safely guiding them through new locations, social situations, activities.

Youth ages 12-14 are invited to come and learn about urban farming, sustainable building, land stewardship, water conservation, and farm to table dining at our beautiful location at Hawk Creek Farm. By supporting the completion of special projects and daily farm care, youth gain direct experience acting as land stewards. Daily activities include farm care, composting, animal care, teacher guided exploration on a topic of their choosing, and the creation of special projects that help the farm! There are few experiences more transformative and identity-shaking than becoming a parent. In this group you will find a safe space to process all the challenges and surprises that come along with the arrival of a new family member. We strive to create a place where a parent and baby can come and just BE. Connect with new mamas & papas, practice breastfeeding/bottle feeding in a safe space, talk with other new parents about current concerns and joys, and enjoy connection and support when needed in a casual environment. Babies always welcome, of course! In addition to traversing the joys and challenges of being new parents, you will also learn about the signs and symptoms associated with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and will learn realistic ways to ensure that you are connected with the care and support that you need. Our groups are inclusive, welcoming & open to all. They are donation based. Through movement activities, children will build gross motor skills, directly encouraging strength, balance, and coordination. Every Sunday, our studio will open its doors to young children and their caregivers for a relaxed multiple hands on experience designed for open- ended exploration and creativity. During Open studio, there are no structured lessons or teacher-led activities. Instead, children are free to explore a variety of art materials at their own pace and in their own unique way. From glow painting to exploring various materials like shaving cream, ooey gooey slime, this open play is designed to engage all of your child's senses, promote cognitive development, fine motor skills, and sensory processing as your child explores different textures, colors, and materials. Our studio is transformed into a wonderland of colors, textures, and possibilities, with art stations set up to inspire young imaginations. Caregivers are encouraged to join in the fun, fostering bonding moments as they create alongside their little ones. - One caregiver per child - Dress for the Mess.

Join the Great Cupcake Bakeoff! Citizens of the Rabbit Hole Queendom gather to the Dessert Islands for the annual event, where bakers will show off their latest creations!
