casual babysitting, any age, masters neuroscience student
|
I am a masters student at UoA studying neuroscience. I currently work part-time teaching at the university, but I am looking for casual work in childcare.
At the moment I am working with the family of a young baby girl, so I am not looking for regular work at this time, but please message me if you are looking for someone in advance.
I have worked/volunteered in childcare since I was 14, and I have experience working with all ages of children, from newborn to teenagers. I have been part of programmes as a childcare worker, and did this through high school as a part-time job. I have regularly done babysitting in my local area, as well as being the eldest daughter of 3 and babysitting my own siblings. I have also been volunteering in childcare as part of my communities church for around 8 years, and I value my experience working with children very highly.
I enjoy all activities with children, and I am competent to tutor any school age up to level 3 - but I specifically enjoy tutoring science subjects. I value working with families very highly, and really enjoy getting to be a part of a child’s life.
I am happy to provide any references needed, and answer any questions :)
