I have known Leanne for over 3 years since we met whilst participating in Camp America which was based in Missouri, in the summer of 2014. This camp catered for adults with disabilities, who would typically attend for around six days at a time. Within Leanne’s role, she was responsible for their enjoyment in a range of activities, however the scope of the role was far greater and perhaps in a more humbling sense, she would oversee menial aspects of their day such as washing and eating. Leanne had a great relationship with clients at the camp and is liked, respected and trusted by her peers. Leanne’s enthusiasm and commitment to any jobs she takes on is second to none, and is always willing to help out last minute as well as stepping up if needed. Not one to complain, she is happy working alongside a variety of staff and fit’s in where ever asked to work. In terms of the personal attributes that Leanne possess, I believe that she is a hard and honest worker who can work well both as a team player and independently, when required. Leanne is reliable and able to get along with a wide variety of people due to been able to communicate with both patients and colleagues in a professional manner. Although, Leanne can accurately follow instructions from other members of staff, she is proactive in her pursuit to be as efficient as possible in whatever environment she is working in. It should be increasingly clear that Leanne is a very passionate individual, who remains positive in every situation, looking to primarily cater wholeheartedly to the development of individuals.
