Special Needs Care in Southend-on-Sea

| I have both in house and hospital experience of working independently with both children and adults with learning disabilities. I started as a nursing assistant in a specialised public school, who ensured a safe learning environment for young children and young adults with varying levels of behavioural needs and learning disabilities. I am a qualified Pharmacy Technician, Healthcare Assistant and Support worker who specialises in learning disability. I am able to give medication. I have worked most recently as a support worker around Southend within a supported living environment. My responsibilities was to help maintain a safe home environment for the service user whilst encouraging good independence, nutrition and social life. I have also worked with service users that are 100% dependent on the service, and need full assistance with every daily task. I love my work and can provide references and DBS clearance. I am qualified in immediate first aid and general first aid also. I am available for most hours if asked in advance, this includes nights.
