Special Needs Care in Hampton

| I am a hardworking, caring and loyal individual. I feel passionate about helping others and I enjoy working one to one with people, aiming to build meaningful relationships in everything I do. I have recently graduated from a psychology masters and I have a keen interest in this area. I'm looking to keep on learning and challenging myself. Special Needs Carer

| I have personal experience with Autism and ADHD as my 13 year old son was diagnosed with it when he was a little one. I have worked as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in Primary schools and Science tutor for a special needs secondary school unit. I have qualifications in Special Educational Needs and Autism Awareness as well as level 5 in Health and Social care. I also have a full Care certificate working in a care home for end of life and dementia residents. I am currently studying for my degree in Forensic Psychology at Kingston University.

| Though at a young age I was given the opportunity to experience what it was like to be a Teaching Assistant within a severe Special Needs school. This opened my eyes and created an image of a bright pathway, for working for Children and Teenagers with Additional Needs. When I was an educator I developed multiple skills through training and experience, which include Communication skills, Empathy and Patience, Documenting and Record-Keeping and most of all collaboratively working apart of a team.
