| I have over 20 years care experience, I currently work within the NHS and have DBS certificate.

| I have worked in both the childcare and healthcare industry since leaving school. I have recently been working as a senior care officer responsible for 60 residents and 60 staff. I have lots of experience with dementia, end of life care and Care of the elderly along with nannying and childcare experience for 0-16 including SEN and healthcare (tracheostomy and PEG).

| I’m a naturally kind and compassionate person with experience both in my personal life and also my work.

| will provide the following services to her customers in the field of home care services; Waking up the individual, helping them take a bath or shower, get dressed and have breakfast, Shopping for household needs, To follow the nutrition by preparing healthy foods and drinks, To prepare and accompany daily exercises, walking programs for body health, To ensure participation in social activities (cinema, theatre, etc.), Tracking medication to ensure that she/he takes her medication on time, To provide morale and motivation support, Hygiene control of their clothes, bed linen and personal care products, To follow her/him dressing according to the season when she/he goes out at home or outside, Accompanying you during hospital examinations, Accompanying the patient when she/he is hospitalized, Helping her/him prepare for sleep, To follow those in need during their sleep

| Day to day running of household, cleaning, cooking, shopping, personal care, appointments, transportation, administrative work, dealing with hospitals, doctors and medical services, companionship, hobbies, gardening, outings, creative arts and crafts, gentle chair yoga, beauty treatments, National trusts. I am a kind, compassionate, caring, supportive, and efficient lady with a huge amount of life experience being a mother to a 24 year old daughter and 18 year old step daughter.
