| My speacial needs experience when I am working in care home, I experience some resident they need really help, you must talk to them very slowly and ask what she really want or help her to stand or to go to her room to lay in or ask or offer something like drinks coffee or tea and a bit of biscuits, and personal care I must ask the patient like choosing what she will after having a bath, trouser or dress or skirts, looking after them I am very careful they might fall down when they are sitting I will assure they are very safe in standing and walking. They must always use their zimmer frame in walking . And if wheelchairs I must checked if the wheelchair is safe to use. As a career I must take care that they are safe to other abusive and their health and safety is always protected

| I have worked in a care home for 2+ years looking after the elderly and I have worked as a health care assistant for vulnerable adults for just over 6 months. I am now joining a new school to be a teaching assistant for a infant school where I will be providing care for the children.
