Though at a young age I was given the opportunity to experience what it was like to be a Teaching Assistant within a severe Special Needs school. This opened my eyes and created an image of a bright pathway, for working for Children and Teenagers with Additional Needs. When I was an educator I developed multiple skills through training and experience, which include Communication skills, Empathy and Patience, Documenting and Record-Keeping and most of all collaboratively working apart of a team.
