While I do not have previous professional experience in elderly care, for several months, I had the privilege of caring full-time for my grandmother in the final stages of her life, providing a loving and supportive environment. I managed her daily routines, ensured her comfort, and provided emotional support, which helped her maintain a sense of dignity and well-being.
In addition to this experience, I have a full-time job as firefighter with the London Fire Brigade. As such, I am trained in Immediate Emergency Care (advanced first aid) and dynamic risk-assessment, and can be relied upon to work well under pressure and remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
As a caregiver, my primary goal would be to provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for your loved ones. I am committed to enhancing their quality of life by offering companionship, assistance with daily activities, as well as emotional support. My approach is patient-centered, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and preferences are respected and met with kindness and compassion.
