Mae has been our daughter's nanny for over a year now- she is reliable, fun, energetic, honest and caring. Our little one loves her and considers her part of the family. Mae has freedom to manage our daughter's daily routine, which she does very well, but in the instances where we wish her to carry out our specific instructions- she has been very accommodating. Mae is proactive about organising play dates, outings and other fun events for our daughter. She has sought out playgrounds, community playgroups, libraries and other child-oriented happenings in the area which has greatly enriched our little one's life. Mae does a good job keeping the nursery in order and tidying up the kitchen and living space after lunch, snacks & play. When our daughter was younger, Mae kept a written summary of her daily feedings, naps, etc. We have a dog and a cat and Mae is comfortable with them and capable of managing our daughter's interactions with them whilst inside the house.
