I work as care assistant for over the past 20 years , working with the elderly I have experience working in care home, living care ,home to home , lots of experience working with people with dementia ,as a care giver my responsibility it to ensure that my clients get the best care no matter what there situation is ensuring that they have privacy, dignity and choice at all time , reporting the needs of my clients to who is in charge if any problems comes up imiately,make sure my clients are clean and the environment around them are clean and is safe from any danger .I have a online CRB very good reference .
