| I have 14 years experience with children newborn to 14 years old. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, a nursery nurse, childminders assistant, mothers help, nanny/general assistant. I also worked with a childminder for work experience whilst in school and I've also worked in an after-school club with children ages 5 - 14 years old. I have worked with children with special needs these were autism, global development delay, speech therapy, down syndrome and a little deaf baby. I love working with children as they change everyday and I like to watch and help them develop. I have really good knowledge of the eyfs and use this within my day to day activities I also have a 7 year old nephew and a nearly 4 year old niece who I have sometimes on weekends. I worked on a 1:1 ratio for under 1's. 1:2 ratio for 1-2's and 1:3 ratio for 2-4's. | I've always been very bubbly and happy and I have a connection with children that's surprisingly well I've always helped people where I can with there children, my mum has 4 children so I helped with my two younger siblings and I have done a few baby sitting jobs for family friends, I have a level 3 qualification in childcare and got this through tops day nursery, I had a bond with many of the children and I hope to continue to build bonds with the children I meet.
