I'm Matt, currently in my second year of studying Business and Management at Bournemouth University. Before pursuing my degree, I served as the supervisor for a Pre-School room at a nursery just outside of Bournemouth, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for the thirty-eight children in my care. My responsibilities included managing day-to-day activities and fostering both educational and recreational experiences for the children attending the setting. Prior to this role, I accumulated five years of experience working in two different nurseries, where I interacted with children ranging from three months to four years old. Additionally, I have a background in weekend nannying for various families with children of different age groups. Beyond childcare, I've worked as a water-sports instructor, teaching sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking to children aged 6 to 15. Moreover, I spent three months working as part of a children's club in Croatia.
