Childminders in Leighton Buzzard

| I began my childcare experience working in nursery setting. I then left to be a nanny for three little girls and a 10month boy. After caring for them, I was a support nanny caring for a 7year old girl and a 4 year old boy. I took three months out of work to look after my 8year old step son before returning to work in a childminders setting. After working in a childminders setting I then went on to work at Walton Pre Prep in Milton Keynes where I met the twins whom I currently nanny for. However they are attending school in September so I am looking for a new position. I am a passionate, fun, bubbly individual who loves the outdoors and providing the best possible care for children in my care. I am first aid trained with a full clean UK driving licence. I have a level 2 in Food Hygiene I have completed a safeguarding course as well as an autism awareness course. I have excellent references. I am also ofsted registered.

| I have been registered since 1997 received an Outstanding in my last Ofsted inspection. I am registered to look after 6 children. I can also care for 2 children under the age of 1 year, having previous experience of caring for twins. I have 3 daughters 2 of them are at university & we live in a large house with a garden. My setting provides a warm, caring and stimulating environment where the children in my care will feel safe, secure & treated as individuals. Children are given the opportunity to develop physically, socially & emotionally in a home environment. I am committed to equality of opportunity, inclusion, & diversity. My daily activities include Playdoh, coloring, sticking, painting, singing, stories, jigsaws dressing up, games & a varied selection of toys for all ages & abilities. Every week we attend local toddler group, childminding meetings. We go to the park, have days out, visit farm parks, picnics, woods, soft play & splash pools.
