After School Care Skipton

| Hi I'm Bethan. I'm originally from the Skipton area, but I've been working away from Yorkshire for a number of years in the Educational "Summer Camp" industry, most recently for teenagers in Cambridge. Thanks to my job, I already have a full DBS clearance. I'm happy to muck in with meal preparation, after-school activities and/or tutoring on the side while babysitting. By the way - I'm also a professional tutor for English Literature and German, having graduated from Cambridge University in 2015. | My name is Brogan. I graduated from university last year with my BA HONS in early childhood studies. I have previously worked at Nursery in North Devon as well as experience working at local schools and play groups. At the end of 2019 I began nannying in Australia for three lovely family with children aged between 2 and 17. I would consider myself to be extremely caring with a good sense of humour! I am currently beginning to look into my teacher training and plan to start next year. I have a passion for caring for children as I know the importance of their early years, and how this can dramatically impact their future lives. I also have a great understanding of the Early years foundation stage which is vital for physical and emotional development of each child. | I am a mother to 2 boys 1 born in March 2017 and the other born in May 2020. I Have over 8 years experience working with children in a school setting and part time nannying and I have over 12 years experience of babysitting for various ages. I have lots of household experience, cooking, cleaning, organizing etc and have lots of experience with allergies as both my boys have had allergies to milk, soya and gluten so attention to detail is a priority. I currently nanny part time for someone with special needs. I have completed: - BTEC Level 2 in health and social care - Level 3 Supporting Teaching and learning. - Epi-Pen and Allergy Trained. - Food Hygiene Trained. - Pediatric First Aid Trained. My experience: - Nanny for a young girl with special needs. - Advanced Teaching Assistant in a primary school since 2013. - Several years of babysitting and after school child care. - I was a nanny for 4 months in Australia whilst I was travelling in ####/####. - I was also an after school Nanny from March 2016 - December 2016.
