my schedule for kids (twins) basically:
8:00- I awake playing with the children,
Preparing Breakfast, singing with the children.
10:30-Activity time: teaching the children to tidy up (breakfast) , exercising, dancing and playpen-time.
11:00- nap-time milk bottle/lullaby (dark-room facilitating sleep )
13:00- awake playing with the children, singing/dancing, prepare lunch-time
15:00- Activity time: teaching to tidy up and helping in the kitchen (lunch) exercising, dancing and playpen-time.
17:00 Activity time: (zumba-class)
18:00- Dinner time
20:00- Video time
21:00- massage and bath time
22:30- Sleeping time milk bottle/lullaby (dark-room)
