| Working in childcare has always been a passion and key interest of mine. One of my motivations to go into teaching is to provide those I care for with the best opportunities and outcomes. I have over ten years experience working in nurseries where I have held roles in before and after school clubs, a holiday club practitioner and mostly experience with baby rooms and under twos. Where I have been a room leader, curriculum leader and key person holding responsibility on the planning, behaviour, routines and responsibilities. In 2019 I began my journey in teaching completing my pgce in 2020 for primary. I have taught in nursery classes, reception, key stage one and year three. Most recently I have just spent a term teaching the most amazing class in a special needs setting.
