| I have worked with children and young adults with complex needs for nearly 3 years, I have helped the students I have worked with be able to access learning and recreational activities by having a holistic view of the child or young I am working with. I have been responsible for all aspects of a young persons personal care and have assisted them with feeding, drinking, moving, handling and incontinence and treated these manners with dignity and respect. I have been responsible for keeping clear and accurate records of all information linking to the young persons and have been able to communicate these effectively with parents/carers either by verbal or written communication. I remain confidential in every aspect of my work and make sure I have read all of my settings policies and procedures so I am able to safeguard the young person and be able to provide a safe and fun learning environment. In all of my work I make sure that the young persons that I work with are at the forefront of everything that I do and that I am making sure that they are not only safe but also happy. I am a good team worker and take direction and guidance well. I have worked with children and young adults with Autism, MLD, SLD and PMLD. I know some Makaton and understand PECS, I am a hardworking and caring person who is currently studying towards a degree in Health and Social Care.

| Hi there I am a support worker and have worked with children and adults with learning disabilities all my life. I have a brother who has severe autism and 2 children who have aspherges and adhd ( both a lot older now) I have supported and raised 5 children , I am very caring and patient and hold a lot of qualifications and experience i am also a non smoker. I have my drb/ crb check available to view. I am experienced in medication administration, personal care , supporting with outside experts ( school, gps, ots , etc) finances , outings.
