I am looking for someone to provide support for my 19 year old daughter to participate in recreational and social outings on Saturdays. Ideally, the perfect candidate would be active and enjoy the outdoors while being able to set firm boundaries to provide safe and fun experiences. They should have experience with youth and/or adults with a developmental disability. The majority of your shift should take place outside of the home other than helping my daughter prepare a healthy snack and lunch to take with you on your outings. You will also have freedom to plan the day but I will provide guidance if you need assistance with programming. There is also the opportunity for additional hours in the future.
