We are seeking again a local after-school Respite Carer for an exceptional 13-year-old son with multiple physical/cognitive disabilities and who presents with Autistic like behaviour. Alongside his unique needs, he possesses remarkable strengths, including visual skills, curiosity, a sense of humour, digital learning aptitude, reading ability, and a loving nature. This one-to-one care position is based in our private household in downtown Brampton. The Respite Carer must be consistently available for Bus pickup at 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. for 3 -5 weekdays per week with interest/availability with providing care at other occasions as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to develop skills in supporting special needs adolescents further. Hopeful for someone with an educational developmental background. Entertain and babysit 2 year old girl recently diagnosed with ASD. Working on speech. Loves arts and crafts dancing and our local park. Also has 1 year old sister. Portuguese speaking a huge plus as she is learning aswell as ASL.

Hi, I am looking for a baby sitter who has experience working with autistic kids for July, August months, Monday to Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm. We are looking for a 5 years old, autistic girl. She is quite, likes books, toy animals, play with water. She needs guidance in everyday routine, help with feeding and she is not potty trained (we are working on it) and speech delay.

Help him to get dressed, read and write for mostly 1 -2 days a week during summer vacation.

2 x 2hr sessions per week during summer to teach autistic/ASD young man 18 years old lifeskills, cooking and other subjects (geography, math, reading) and play outside in school yard behind house/go for walks/shoot basketball etc.
