This is the perfect camp for those who love comedy and improv. Drop off is from 9am - 9:30 and pick up is anytime between 3:00 - 3:30pm. Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. Little Folkies is a multi-award winning early childhood folk music program for parents and kids ages 0-5. Little Folkies Family music class welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together like one big family band! There is never a dull moment in this class, with the teacher leading the students through fun and engaging finger play activities, hand movements, fun lap songs, call and response singing and hands-on jamming with shakers and wooden kids instruments. Thank you for signing for the Little Folkies! As you know, classes begin soon, and we are so excited to sing, dance and play with you through this wonderful season. Please read the Little Folkies class guidelines and FAQ's. if your child is attending with a caregiver or nanny, forward them these guidelines and ask them to become familiar with it, as it will enhance the enjoyment for everyone! Other than the necessities for your child, we only ask that you bring an enthusiasm for music and a readiness to sing and clap along! We'll bring the songs, instruments, movements, and sounds for a fun-filled music class! In the JAMaROO Kids Music & Movement classes, we’ll sing traditional songs and learn original ones too (many written by our own teachers). Our music curriculum has been developed to spark creativity and incorporate imaginative play. Each month, we’ll focus on a different seasonal curriculum that incorporates the use of puppets, books, and other props to maximize the educational experience and keep classes fun and exciting! Our Baby Music Classes for infants and young toddlers provide an opportunity for parents and/or caregivers to sing and dance with their little ones to build and strengthen connections. Music supports and nurtures all areas of child development: Social-emotional, Cognitive, Language and Literacy, as well as both areas of physical development, fine and gross motor development. Each month, we’ll focus on a different seasonal curriculum that incorporates the use of puppets, books, and other props to maximize the educational experience and keep classes fun and exciting! Throughout the year, our teachers will use a variety of simple instruments and introduce children to different genres of music from around the world. Through movement activities, children will build gross motor skills, directly encouraging strength, balance, and coordination. Our teachers will use bean bags, scarves, shakers, rhythm sticks, and other equipment to make classes more interactive and hands-on. At JAMaROO Kids all of our music, dance, and yoga curriculum is developed to support and foster all five key areas of development: Cognitive, Speech & Language, Gross Motor Development, Fine Motor Development, Social and Emotional. This class includes: Music, Movement, Dance and Storytime. 15 MINUTE EXPLORATION TIMES: We are eager to build community together as we open our JAMaROO Kids Club! We invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes before your class, and stay up to 15 minutes after your class ends, to explore our space with your littles! We simply ask that you adhere to the 15 minute windows before and after out of respect for the previous class, and the following class. If you would like to play in our space for longer please consider signing up for one of our open playtime hours- these can also be found on our registration page. Thank you for your cooperation! This session, we will focus on fun on the Enchanted Garden, Outer Space, & Insects, Gardens, and Weather! This is an 8 week session for Monday-Thursday classes, and 7 week session for Friday classes. Session package prices are adjusted accordingly.
