Winter Semester (January-Mid March) Glass Fusing is an exciting art were you take various consistencies of glass and fuse them together to make jewelry, vases, plates, coasters or just beautiful décor treasures. Students will explore glass cutting and uses of the types of materials available. Through the step by step guidance by fused glass experts Marty and Brittney. This dad and daughter team helps students will learn to make a variety of different glass pieces. Winter Semester (January-Mid December) Designed for adults that require some adaptive conditions to create their art. ages 18 and older, For those with special needs but are higher functioning. Adaptive Art is a field that focuses primarily on the students' access to art making despite personal challenges. Art can foster self expression build self-esteem, group participation, self-control and individuality. Students learn to explore a variety of different art materials and styles and are encouraged to trust their own decision-making skills through the guidance of a professional artist.
