Art classes in Shelton, CT

Join us for this fantastic 6-week sculpture workshop! We will be getting creative and making some really cool critters! Using clay, wire, recycled materials and lots of imagination we will design and create 2-3 large insect sculptures over the course of the workshop. Students will draw and design the insects, and then bring them to life, finishing up with bright colors and shiny details! Each class is 90-mins, and will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings, from 5:30-7:00 pm. Perfect for ages 7+

Using items like wallpaper scraps, card-stock, fabric, recycled materials, paint, and lots of imagination, the students will build the house of their dreams! Each week students will work on a different aspect of their house, such as the exterior, living area, kitchen, their dolls, and some pets! We will be putting a lot of time and detail into every aspect to make it extra special! Each class is 90-mins, and will be held weekly on Tuesday evenings, from 6:00-7:30 pm.
