When school is out of session, send your child to Rachel’s Young at Art Studio for a morning of art-filled fun! Camp includes arts and crafts, story time, dramatic play, sensory activities, and lots and lots of fun! Each child will come home with a bag full of art relating to the day's theme. There will be plenty of opportunities to get messy during camp days!

Our school year curriculum for ages 4.5 to 7 includes a mix of works on paper and sculptures that offer a variety of media and opportunities to develop the student's understanding of basic concepts and terminology used in fine art making. This program does not require students to have prior art-making experience. In Drawing/Painting Class we will create a variety of fine art projects focusing on technique and style, composition, brushwork, and systematic practice. KVArteest will give input on our subject matter, as we together decide what we want to learn.

This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. Fun & Flips Class is a beginner level gymnastics class for athletes who love to flip! Athletes will work on form, strength, flexibility, and be introduced to basic skills and terminology. Fun & Flips will give athlete’s the strong foundation needed to obtain more difficult skills in a fun and engaging way. Athletes will be working on: Building strength & flexibility Gymnastics body positions and correct form Tumbl Trak - Jumps, Body Control, Proper landing positions, Beginner tumbling Vault - Running and jumping on the springboard, body positions Floor - Intro to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand starters, and cartwheel starters Bars - Grip strength, Chin holds, L-holds, Front Supports & more! Outdoor field games in local area parks, weather permitting. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional camp activities utilizing local area parks. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. There is a sibling discount of 20% for each child beyond the first. Be sure to pack your child with comfortable sneakers for running, clothes that can get dirty and stained, and a reusable water bottle. Please send your child in wearing an orange shirt. Camp shirts are $15 each and will be charged to your account if needed.

Flippin’ Out is the ultimate gymnastics experience for athletes aged 10+ who are eager to take their skills to the next level. Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique. Our program follows a progressive curriculum to ensure every athlete develops the core skills needed to excel in gymnastics. Finally...Sports for FUN! Looking for your kid to participate in sports but without the intensive competitive aspect? Bring them over to Playformance and learn play a variety of sports each week. Athletes will learn the basics of football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and more. Kids will become confident with essential sport skills like hand eye coordination, striking, kicking, footwork, and balance. They will learn the rules of the game and build confidence in a fun and playful environment. Playformance is focused on the joy of sports through the magic of play and exploration with peers. Calling all Curious Builders! Do you love to take things apart and put them back together? Join us for a few days of 'Tinker Time' where we’ll find out how our favorite things work. Using blocks, boxes, and lots of imagination, our junior engineers will solve fun puzzles and build amazing creations. Get ready to stack, snap, and create as we build the future together! A joyful introduction to art designed just for our youngest creators. In this 4-week session, children will explore color, texture, canvas, paper, and multi-media materials in a nurturing, hands-on environment. The focus is on creativity, confidence, and discovery — not perfection. Through playful exploration, students develop fine motor skills, social interaction, and early artistic confidence while beginning to see themselves as artists. Spots are limited to keep class sizes small and supportive.

It builds on foundational techniques while offering more opportunities for independent decision-making. Prior completion of Fine Art Fundamentals isn’t required, but familiarity with basic art concepts is recommended. All students new to Expanded Fundamentals will receive a notification to sign up for a one-time, prerequisite Online Form Class, which must be completed by the third week. This class teaches students about form, values and composition. If your child has already completed this class as part of Fine Art Fundamentals, they do not need to take it again.
