Broadway Stars was created by a professional performer turned child development specialist with the primary goal of helping children develop the foundational skills and technique every musical theater performer needs while giving them the opportunity to find their voice, build confidence, and do what every budding Broadway Star loves most: PERFORM! Classes are taught by a team of professional teaching artists with years of experience in the classroom and on professional stages and feature a customized curriculum designed to challenge and showcase the strengths of each young performer while helping prepare them to participate in our mainstage musical this Spring. Each week, your child will participate in acting games, choreography rehearsal, and vocal coachings as they learn scenes and songs from Broadway Musicals that they will perform onstage for family and friends at the end of the semester. Whether your child is destined for the lights of Broadway or simply loves to perform with their friends, this class will spark their creativity and give them the confidence to shine both onstage and off! *While participation in our Fall Semester is not required to enroll in our Spring Production classes, it is strongly encouraged. *Our Fall Finale will take place on a weeknight the week of December 1 or December 15. Our Fine Art Foundations class is designed for kids who are ready to deepen their artistic skills and explore more advanced concepts. In this structured, skill-building series, young artists learn core visual art principles—like color theory, composition, and the difference between abstract and representational art—while creating original works in painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media. Students practice techniques such as blending, layering, and drawing from observation, and are introduced to a wide range of fine art materials including charcoal, watercolor pencils, pastels, and clay. Each session encourages creative problem-solving, artistic expression, and confidence as students take on new challenges and refine their technique. By the end of the series, artists will proudly take home 4 or more finished artworks that reflect their growth and creative voice. All while parents enjoy a night out! Cost per event is $40 per child, $37 for additional children FROM THE SAME FAMILY. Kids will enjoy 2.5 hours of Art and Art related Activities!Parent Night Out is designed for parents to drop off kids while they go out for a dinner, meet up with friends, run errands or enjoy some alone time :) Parent Night Out... aka PNO... is a drop off program & for ages 4 and older. A teacher led art project, a fun themed craft, time for a snack (please bring your own snack & water) are included in our 2.5 hours together. Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 2.5 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups will be separated by age & grade level, so students can make new friends and work on age appropriate art projects. Flippin’ Out is the ultimate gymnastics experience for athletes aged 10+ who are eager to take their skills to the next level. Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique.
