I have worked in social care for over 20 years, looking after adults aged 16-103.
I have worked with people with: autism, erebral palsy, Downs, medical, mobility and mental health issues, blind and much more. I have worked as part of a team and also 1:1. I have worked in homes for the elderly, hospital wards, community, complex care, colleges, supported living ,mental health units and much more. I am very passionate about my work and find it extremely rewarding. I am patient, empathetic, trustworthy, understanding, a good listener and communicator, and a good sense of humour. I treat everyone as an individual and deliver person centred care with dignity and respect.
