I've worked within the care industry for over 20 years, the last 12 of which owning and running my own domiciliary care company called Vive Care. I have worked in residential, nursing and dementia homes as part of a team and also as a 1:1 carer for a lady with dementia. I worked 12-14 hour days or nights. I have a level 3 diploma in care. I absolutely love working with the elderly. It is a very rewarding role. I treat all my clients with respect and dignity, as if they were my own family and have often gone above and beyond my role.
