I’m a Reliable Dog Loving Student Hoping for Quality Walking Time with Great Company!
| After 2 years of part time work in the retail and restaurant sector and 3 years in to a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering at Heriot-Watt Uni, I’m looking to earn a little bit of extra money doing something I absolutely love...taking care of dogs! All my life, every spare minute of my time was spent walking, feeding, training and brushing any dogs my family have owned. Now after coming back from lockdown having brought up my family’s newest addition, Finley the tricolour cocker spaniel, along with his two sisters Penny the cocker and Lucy the giant schnauzer, I miss all the work and more importantly I miss the company! As I’m currently living in the centre of Edinburgh, I am very flexible even for any last minute requests you might have.

Nursing student in need of dogs to walk!
| My family have always had pets for as long as I can remember. We got our first dog when I was 12, and recently have a new addition to our family, Harris. When living at or visiting home, I have joint responsibility with my parents for the care of our two dogs and two cats. We often also look after friends and other family dogs, something which we all enjoy! There is a really good dog-walking community in my home town, and I hope to find that here in Edinburgh too. Even though I am a full-time nursing student, a lot of my classes are online, meaning I am working from home. I would love the opportunity to fit dog walks into my schedule, especially on days when I am not at university or have no classes. I am confident in my lead walking abilities with dogs of all sizes and really enjoy walking my dogs at home in a range of different places.

| I’ve been brought up with dogs my whole life. Currently, I’m living with my parents having just completed university, with my elderly Labrador and 3 year old English springer spaniel. I love dogs and have experience taking care of and walking dogs, having walked and dogs sat for a number of my family, friends and neighbours dogs for a number of years. Our elderly Labrador has arthritic problems and needs a more restricted exercise routine, conversely, our springer spaniels needs a great deal of exercise and stimulation and so I am aware of the individual needs of individual dogs.
