| I am a 27 year old who has recently moved to Edinburgh from New Zealand. My partner and I have been house/dog sitting for the past month since we got here. We have looked after a 3 year old greyhound, a 10 month old black lab and an 11 year old staffy. We also have a 3 year old golden retriever at home in NZ who we had since he was a puppy. I have also always had cats growing up and my mum currently has 5 so I am destined to be a crazy cat lady like her myself. I adore animals and am really missing the special connection and companionship they provide. I am very excited to get the opportunity to help look after someone’s fur babies.

I have owned pets with my family since a very young age starting off with a cat and have had rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and a dog! My dog who is a 15 year old Border Terrier named Cookie who currently still lives with my parents as I have recently moved out and now live alone. I miss the comforts of having my little Cookie around and would love to have a dog of my own however due to work commitments I am unable to do so! I am currently looking for some extra income to help me save to buy a house and what better way to incorporate being able to spend some time with your lovely furry friends whilst also earning some extra income!
