My family have always had pets for as long as I can remember. We got our first dog when I was 12, and recently have a new addition to our family, Harris. When living at or visiting home, I have joint responsibility with my parents for the care of our two dogs and two cats. We often also look after friends and other family dogs, something which we all enjoy! There is a really good dog-walking community in my home town, and I hope to find that here in Edinburgh too. Even though I am a full-time nursing student, a lot of my classes are online, meaning I am working from home. I would love the opportunity to fit dog walks into my schedule, especially on days when I am not at university or have no classes. I am confident in my lead walking abilities with dogs of all sizes and really enjoy walking my dogs at home in a range of different places.
