I am a highly experienced 24 year old woman who has just finished studying Animal management (level 3 diploma) at Hadlow college in Canterbury. I received D* for every single unit completed in my first year, with a distinction on every assignment and exam. Currently studying a part-time degree in Forensic Psychology.
I have experience with a huge range of animals including exotic species, fish, farm animals (goats, pigs, geese, chickens, ducks, cows, sheep) and domestic species. I have studied animal nursing, behaviour, health, welfare, biology, anatomy and physiology (and other units).
Im very comfortable around animals. I have handled poisonous snakes, exotic lizards and spiders ( as well as some angry geese).
I have previously volunteered as an animal carer at the Lord Whiskey sanctuary where I cared mainly for horses as well as small animals, birds and dogs. I have also recently worked with the White Cliffs County Partnership, clearing fields for cattle.
I have three house rabbits, and have owned spaniels, cats and tortoises. Im able to apply treatment/medicine, walk, train, feed and groom as well as performing health checks. I am also undertaking a beekeeping course this year
