| I am confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable with over 16 years of experience working in the Health & Social Care sector. During these years, I have acquired relevant skills required to offer individuals who choose to live in their homes by caring for and making them comfortable by giving them physical and emotional support. I am outgoing with strong, effective organizational and communication skills. I have shown that I am able to lead, work independently, and effectively as part of a team, I enjoy taking responsibility and I am able to perform well under pressure. I am honest, compassionate, empathetic, reliable, and enjoy helping others. I am able to motivate and give encouragement, respect other people's cultures and beliefs, and awareness of cultural diversity. I am keen to apply my skills and experience to new challenges. I am happy to undertake further training.

| I have a good sense of humour, empathy, passion for my work, common sense, am polite and well mannered. I enjoy a varied list of hobbies and interests such as cooking, dancing, music and the outdoors. Always willing to try anything once. Ability to keep to tight schedules, whilst maintaining a positive attitude in front of others. | My support work will include: - Personal care  - Running activities suitable for dementia patients - Mobility exercises suitable for wheelchair users - Manual handling if and when needed - Assistance with taking medication - Maintaining a log of medication  - Maintaining a log of behavior and activities - Assistance with cleaning to maintain a safe environment - Assistance with cooking and encouragement for independent feeding during mealtimes.
