| I ve been in good relation with families and clients all time. Experienced more then basic skills during 1,4 years by beeing accountable, hard working, compassionate and very close to people's needs.

| I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a health care professional for many years. Having worked as a nurse for over 30 years, I have developed a passion for patient care and I strive to deliver an outstanding patient service. I have therefore learnt to build a rapport with patients. Further, in my position as a community nurse at the Nuffield Medical Centre, I worked with computer programmes to update patient records and care plans. Additionally, as Practice Nurse in private healthcare I have managed bookings and correspondence with patients and the company. I work as PA part time; a young man who is blind and an older lady who needs personal care. Although challenging, I find this very rewarding. I undertake activities to stimulate the individual client, and attend to care and nursing duties. I also cared for my late mother at home who suffered dementia for over 12 years.

| I have 20 years off care I'm reliable honest trustworthy and go the extra mile I got a good rappor with clients family district nurses and I'm very compassionate and stand up to the word of duty of care I have passed nvq3 course in health and social care in April 2021 and onto my nvq4 course
