| I worked for a local Domiciliary care company prior to graduating University in June. I am looking for somebody that needs help midweek, in the evenings from 6pm. In my previous role I was key carer for a lady with MS, meaning I have experience with peg feeds, cough assists, CPAP machines and stoma care. I am comfortable with giving medication, personal care, mobility help, light domestic duties, being a friendly face and providing lots of smiles and laughs.

I am a qualified learning disabilities nurse, but have not been registered for a number of years because I have worked as a support worker for 20 years in a bungalow for people with learning disabilities and Cerbral Palsy. I also worked as a home helper for a year. I love working with people who have a learning disability, but I also like working with the elderly, it would give me a chance to work with people who I don't normally work with. I have lots of experience and regularly visit and take out my husbands 97 year old grandma. I do work full-time, but I would be able to fit in some extra hours for work.
