I came in The UK 15 years ago with my two sons. They were a small so I must always arrange a job which suit my family. As my sons became to be independent I resigned for RM after 12 years and started to look after the jib involved care.I understand that this job involved a lot of sacrifice and a hard work; however it is a feel different if there is involvement of a joy and a personal satisfaction. There are a lot of responsibilities with this work and this decision must always come from a heart.We need to treat them with:dignity,means honourableness and quality of the person being cared for. The person who we care for must feel valued and independent.This is making a service the uniqueness and unforgettable. The responsibility increase if there is involvement of medication. It will include encouraging, reminding, assisting and administrating medicine.Care is involved with a general housework[dusting, vacuuming, laundering and changing the bed...].The make comfort means to help to enhance their quality of their life and be independent.
