| I have done care work for over 30 years . Working with the young and elderly. I have lots of patience and treat people as individuals. Nothing is to much trouble. Reliable hard working and will do my up most to make you at ease. Have my own transport don't mind taking out or shopping doctors appointments or hospital .

| I am passionate about caring for my clients and I always give 100% to my care duties. Although caring for someone can be demanding at times, I still find it rewarding as well. I always empathise with those in my care and always striving and hoping to be able to look to my clients as friends as we get to know each other. My hobbies include reading both fiction and non-fiction, following current affairs, walking and baking.

| I have 11 years experience caring for mostly older adults.I have experience with people living with Dementia, Stroke and general age related mobility difficulties. I am experienced in medication administration, stoma care and disphasia. I have many regular clients, of which I have visited for many years, I offer all aspects from just a pop in for a chat to assisting with meal prep, ordering medication, assistance with daily chores and trips out. | I don’t have a massive experience with elderly care, I have worked in care homes and like to help out my elderly relatives when needed. My main background is childcare nannying and pre covid would mix the toddlers with the elderly in care homes on a weekly basis.

I am also a qualified personal trainer specialising in working with older adults, and I bring this to my care work to help my clients become fitter and more active in whatever way is feasible/desirable for them. My goal is to always be diligently and dedicatedly client-focused.
