Elderly Care in Dartford

| I try to help maintain my patient's dignity, allowing them the space and privacy they deserve. I'm consider myself well-versed in care work client privacy and dignity guidelines. I've encourage my patients to do more on their own to help them feel independent. Empathy is my main priority.

| I have 12 years experience on care, i worked in Nursing homes, residential homes, domicilary at the moment. Working with people with dementia, palliative care, mental health, physical disabilities, work with Young People, elderly people and adults. Assisting with personal care, washing, dressing , continence, incontinence care, meal preparation, stoma Care, cathereters, making sure environment is clean and safe all the time.

| Once I was there I use to clean and do a bit of shopping for my clients and also they loved the company! Unfortunately I moved away to London to get married. Ive. I'm a happy, trustworthy person, definitely a people #######.#### worker and have lots of patience! Very flexible on my time too. I've worked many jobs in the past cook, cleaner etc. I'm hardworking and ready to start as soon as possible.i have a DBS certificate.

| I have been a carer for the elderly in their own homes for the past 30 years. I love my job. I'm there to help them to make a difference in their lives. I offer my support to them and help them to live as independent as possible. I have NVQ3 in care, although that doesn't really mean a thing. I treat everyone as an individual - no text book, you are humans at the end of the day who need looking after. I am good with people with dementia, once we build up a friendship and they gain your trust then they are more at ease and open up a bit. I treat everyone as I would like a member of my family to be treated. I have an up to date dbs. I am a car driver and ok with all animals. I am available for outings, long sits and sleep care (can be woken twice during the night). I charge block hours for sleeps. I am cheaper than what the big companies charge. Day rate for 12 hours 7am - 7pm is £130. Sleep care is £###.## #pm to 7am.
